We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. GLDN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages.

No refunds or cancellations will be issued for downloadable or digital products, including music files, videos, or other electronic content.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but please allow additional time during high-demand periods. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to factors such as manufacturer location, customs processing, tariffs, or carrier-related delays.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. GLDN is not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
